Orders Marked delivered and not Received

We recommend following these steps for orders marked as delivered but not received before contacting us:

  1. Check your surroundings: Sometimes, the package might be placed in a hidden or unexpected spot. Look for it around your front porch, mailbox, or with a neighbor.
  2. Confirm the shipping address: Ensure the delivery address provided was accurate and complete.
  3. Check your mailbox or P.O Box: For smaller items, carriers sometimes leave packages in your mailbox, parcel locker, or P.O. Box.
  4. Wait it out: At times, a package might be marked as delivered prematurely. Give it 24-48 hours; it may still arrive.
  5. Contact the courier company: Reach out to the carrier directly for information. They may possess more details about the delivery.
    • Some common issues – Incorrect/insufficient address. No such number. Unknown recipient. Refused. Did not pick up in time. No safe delivery location. Others.
  6. Contact us: If the package doesn’t turn up after these steps, get in touch with us. We will launch an investigation or arrange for a replacement or refund.
